I'm not 100% sure but it can probably run in the regular club racing events with the same motor and gear ratio that the Tamiya F1 cars use, but it will not be legal in the TCS races.  A decision will probably be made in the near future as we get closer to the race season.

There is a lot of members with f1 and the 104 is fine
